Wangari Muta Maathai

Wangari Muta Maathai (1 April 1940 – 25 September 2011) was a Kenyan biologist and an environmental and political activist


Some of the traditional games and sports are prevalent in Kenya since antiquity including, but not limited to, wrestling, racing exercises, stick fights, hunting (using spears and arrows), board games, bull fights, and dances. The sports varied from one community to another and were practiced as well as a way of leisure and in a few cases during intercommunity competitions.
